Mohan is the head of Singapore joint law venture Pinsent Masons MPillay LLP, and managing partner of the Singapore constituent practice of MPillay. He is jointly qualified in Singapore, and England and Wales, with over 30 years experience in advisory, commercial litigation and regional arbitration work, particularly in construction and engineering projects.
Wee Jian is a disputes specialist, focusing on multi-jurisdictional construction and infrastructure-related arbitration and litigation.
