Katie specialises in pensions law.
She advises trustees and employer sponsors of occupational pension schemes, as well as insurers and pension scheme providers. As well as day to day pensions advice, Katie has advised on a number of large transactions such as buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups and closures to future accrual. She also advised on the first asset backed funding structure to use intellectual property. Katie's particular areas of specialism include trustee training and advising trustees and providers of mastertrusts. She also edits our monthly Pensions Ombudsman publications for both occupational pension schemes and pension providers.
