Natalie is a senior associate involved in all aspects of banking, restructuring and insolvency and has a wealth of experience advising lenders, insolvency practitioners, under-performing corporates and directors across the spectrum of financial distress.
Natalie has particular specialism in advising on restructuring and recovery strategies in the real estate sector. Natalie has spent time on secondment to the restructuring unit of a main clearing bank in which she performed a relationship manager role with a portfolio of distressed customers.Natalie is also an instrumental member of the firm's core non-performing loan team advising real estate funds in relation to the acquisition of distressed loan portfolios in the UK and across Europe. Natalie has particular experience in managing the initial loan and security due diligence phase pre-acquisition as well as co-ordinating and leading the legal transfer of the loan portfolios and corresponding security packages.
