Shirley is responsible for the firm's strategy to manage its property and facilities services and their impact upon people and the workplace.
Her role is to lead our Facilities team so that it delivers a world class service which helps the firm to achieve its strategic and operational goals.Shirley has many years property and facilities management experience gained in legal, media and the public sector. Shirley is a member of the British Institute of Facilities Management.

Carolyn has been a specialist pensions lawyer for almost 30 years, during which time she has supported corporates, scheme trustees and pension providers through seismic changes in the pensions industry.
Director of Risk & Compliance
Chris has overall responsibility for risk management and compliance within the firm.
Andrew is a private equity specialist, advising on all aspects of the private equity lifecycle, with particular experience in advising management teams on private equity transactions. In addition, Andrew leads the firm’s relationships with three of the firm’s largest Infrastructure Sector clients.
Partner, Head of Construction Advisory & Disputes
Neal specialises in the avoidance and resolution of disputes in the infrastructure sector. He heads Pinsent Masons' global team of construction and advisory disputes lawyers and consistently acts for leading contractors on their most challenging cases, but is also able to draw on experience of acting for employers, sub-contractors and insurers. Neal is recognised by Best Lawyers for his work in Construction Law.
