Stephen is head of Pinsent Masons' National Derivatives Team and also advises on debt capital markets, structured finance and securitisation transactions.
I have worked with Stephen on several bond issues, and have found him to be both commercially and technically very competent, and able to turn documents in a very efficient manner. All parties to the transactions have been impressed by his ability to identify issues and present them in an understandable way.
