Tom advises clients across a range of corporate matters, with a focus on the Energy and Technology, Science and Industry sectors.
Tom is a member of the Corporate Group and Energy Transactions teams at Pinsent Masons, acting on acquisitions, disposals, equity investments, joint ventures and reorganisations. Tom has vast transactional experience which includes advising on regulated offshore transmission network divestments and solar, battery, gas and biomass projects across the UK.
Tom also has extensive experience supporting clients entering joint ventures, with minority, equal and majority interests.
