Will advises on complex, high-value litigation. He has extensive experience in advising clients in English High Court litigation and arbitrations. He is particularly interested in the automotive sector and completed a 6-month secondment at JLR. Will is an accredited mediator.
Will is a Senior Associate in the litigation practice. He advises on a wide range of commercial litigation. He has a particular interest in the automotive sector and has first-hand experience of working in this area including a 6-month secondment at Jaguar Land Rover.
Will’s practice focuses on complex, high-value commercial litigation. He has extensive experience of acting for clients in both the Courts and arbitrations (e.g. LCIA, DIFC-LCIA, ICC and BVI IAC).
He is a Legal 500 Recommended Lawyer (2021 and 2022), where it was noted that:

Additionally, Will is an accredited ADR mediator.
Prior to studying law, Will was a British Army officer. He achieved the rank of Captain and served an operational tour of duty (Afghanistan).
