Advised on a complex civil fraud search order matter involving a multi-million-pound misappropriation claim. Acting as lead supervising solicitor, managed simultaneous search order execution across multiple properties, oversaw privilege review of seized documents, and coordinated a large multidisciplinary team to ensure compliance, effective supervision and recovery of indemnity costs.
Advised, as supervising solicitors, on executing search and seize orders across five London locations. Oversaw delivery up of materials and confidential information pursuant to High Court orders, with our team reviewing all items. Twelve Pinsent Masons solicitors were appointed as supervising solicitors to meet the client’s urgent, multi site requirements.
Acted on a £8 million civil fraud claim for a public sector Claimant whereby multiple search orders, freezing orders and delivery-up orders were obtained against a large number of defendants and Judgment enforced against diverse personal assets. We managed third party professional advisers including private investigators, forensic accountants and PR crisis expert advisers.
