Pinsent Masons has appointed Dr Anne Sammon as an Employment partner in its Employment and Reward group in London where she will focus on clients within the Financial Services sector.

Anne joins from Simmons & Simmons, where she has been for the last 8 years, and was a Managing Associate within the Employment team.

Commenting on Anne's appointment, Andrew Masraf, head of Transactional Services, Pinsent Masons said:

"I am delighted to welcome Anne as an Employment partner in our Employment & Reward team. The firm's approach to focussing on sector specialism aligned to skillset excellence has proven a compelling proposition and Anne's vast experience within financial services will enable us to grow our practice in the sector. She also has great experience to assist with the team's diversity and inclusion offering, especially in complex discrimination related litigation."

Alexis Roberts, head of Financial Services, Pinsent Masons said:

"Anne's appointment significantly bolsters our ability to support our financial services clients across a range of employment issues. Her experience within the sector is excellent, particularly with respect to the application of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime in an employment context."
