China Business Law Journal’s annual China Business Law Awards are based on hundreds of nominations received from China-focused in-house counsel and legal professionals around the world.
Pinsent Masons has been operating in China since 1983, and has three offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Recent deals have included advising on the Red Sea Tourism Mega Project in Saudi Arabia, Mexico City's Subway Line Construction Project, the project financing of USD$1billion Xiamen Xiangyu integrated stainless steel plant, and advising BP Ventures on its first investment in the field of artificial intelligence technology in China.
