28 Jul 2026 | 10:08 am |

Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has advised Hines, a leading global real estate investment manager, on the sale of Sky Office Center, a modern office building located in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The property was acquired by a private Polish investor.

The transaction was led by Partner Maciej Jodkowski, supported by Senior Associate Karolina Kordulska-Tetkowska and Associate Paulina Horodeńska-Wieczorek from the Real Estate Team in Warsaw.

Sky Office Center is a modern A-Class office building located within the Mokotów Business District, one of Warsaw’s most established business hubs, at the intersection of Rzymowskiego and Modzelewskiego streets. The property offers nearly 4,800 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA) across six above-ground floors. The ground floor comprises a reception lobby as well as retail and commercial units.

The building’s location provides tenants with convenient access to urban infrastructure, public transportation and major transport routes, providing convenient connections to Warsaw city centre and Chopin Airport.

The transaction reflects the sustained interest of domestic investors in commercial real estate and highlights the growing role of Polish capital in shaping the country’s investment market.
