Karolina is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate department at Pinsent Masons' Warsaw office. She acts for both domestic and international investors and developers, advising on a wide range of real estate matters. Her practice focuses primarily on investment transactions, encompassing acquisitions and disposals structured as both asset and share deals across various sectors, including office, logistics, residential and retail, as well as financing real estate investments.
Karolina supports clients across all stages of their real estate investment projects, from legal due diligence and structuring of transactions through to the negotiation of transaction documentation.
Before joining Pinsent Masons, Karolina worked for international law firms based in Warsaw.

Jacob is also experienced in compulsory purchase orders and compensation claims.

Jakub has over 10 years of experience advising on M&A transactions, supporting buyers, sellers, private equity firms, and strategic investors. Known for his calm, pragmatic approach, he translates legal expertise into tangible commercial outcomes and keeps negotiations moving constructively.

Justyna provides advice on cross-border projects and supports financial institutions and borrowers across multiple jurisdictions. Her practice includes advising Polish and international banks, banking syndicates and borrowers on project finance, acquisition finance, as well as the financing and refinancing of real estate acquisitions and construction projects.
