Pinsent Masons advises on the sale of the Alegri Group

The international law firm Pinsent Masons advised the shareholders of the Alegri Group on the sale of their company.
The Alegri Group is one of the leading IT consulting companies in the DACH region for Microsoft products and SAP technologies, Cloud, Internet of Things and Managed Services.
The first step of this series of successive transactions was the sale of all shares of Alegri International Service GmbH, which specializes in IT services, to the listed French IT service provider Devoteam SA.
Subsequently, the majority interest in Alegri IT Systems GmbH, which specialises in IT programming, was sold to a subsidiary of theAccesa Group. The Accesa Group was a minority shareholder of Alegri IT Systems before.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the terms of the transactions.
The Pinsent Masons Tech M&A team advised the shareholders of the Alegri Group on all legal issues and negotiations in this extremely complex and challenging series of transactions. The precise timing, structuring of the various cross-border transactions and their financing and timely implementation were successfully completed.
