Pinsent Masons elects Richard Griffiths as Managing Partner

Richard is Global Head of the firm’s Property Group. Under his leadership the Group has grown by 13% over the last two years.

Richard was formerly Head of the Planning & Environment Practice where he was instrumental in internationalising the practice, leading its expansion into Australia, the Middle East and Europe. The practice achieved 53% growth during his four-year leadership.

He will work alongside John Maciver, Senior Partner.

Richard will succeed Laura Cameron with effect from 1 November 2026.
