Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has today announced the hire of Fernando Tallón Martínez in its litigation and arbitration team in Madrid.
Fernando has a proven track record in resolving complex civil and commercial disputes, often on an international scale. In doing so, he draws on extensive experience of contractual and non-contractual liability cases involving both court proceedings and national and international arbitration.
His expertise spans a wide range of complex litigation matters including those relating to construction contracts and sale and purchase agreements. Additionally, he advises on a broad spectrum of matters related to commercial disputes, including restructurings, insolvency proceedings, damage claims arising from competition law infringements, and collective actions.
Regarding his sector expertise, Fernando’s specialisms align closely with those of Pinsent Masons. These include energy, financial services, construction, hospitality, insurance, real estate and agri-food.
