International law firm Pinsent Masons has published its 2015 analysis of venture capital deals in Germany.
In a survey of business which received venture capital financing in 2013 and 2014, the research reviews current market standards in German venture capital transactions and examines the latest trends and developments in standard contract terms for venture capital financings.
