Once everyone is happy with the assignment, we manage the process between yourself and your new client to integrate you seamlessly into the role. Crucially, this includes a comprehensive pre-assignment briefing so you know the organisation, environment and personalities you’ll be working with. We’ll stay in regular contact with you and your client throughout the contract to ensure both parties have all they need to help the client’s business prosper.  There is also the opportunity to work in the Pinsent Masons firm within one of our internal teams, working alongside our lawyers and staff.
