Nicholas, together with other colleagues from Pinsent Masons and consultants at Arcadis, has developed and presented a training programme to commercial managers on site and potential ones at head office to educate them on live project challenges and to help them develop contractual solutions for disputes. The training programme has been extremely successful for the delegates and the company. This success is demonstrated by the enhanced level of questions that we receive from sites these days and by the fact that our company has run the programme twice and it is planning the delivery a third time.
