Advised the UK Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government on a planning application for a London memorial and learning centre, including redetermination following judicial review, legislative changes enabling development, updates to the application and environmental impact assessment, design options addressing parliamentary assurances, and preparing representations for the redetermination process
Advising Latimer on a residential-led development Green Belt development of up to 700 homes. Following policy changes, we developed a planning strategy based on Grey Belt and very special circumstances arguments. Our advice has included a stewardship strategy for the proposed country park and wider development.
