London Borough of Enfield
Advised the London Borough of Enfield as a developer on the drafting and negotiation of the Section 106 agreement for the Joyce and Snells regeneration scheme, a major hybrid planning application for a phased, residential-led mixed-use redevelopment. The scheme includes up to 2,028 homes, a new community centre, nursery, energy centre, and flexible commercial floorspace.

National Highways Limited
Advising National Highways (formerly Highways England) on its successful application for, and subsequent implementation of, a development consent order (DCO) for one of its largest and most complex infrastructure projects: the A66 Northern Trans-Pennine project (A66 NTP), a critical east-west corridor for freight and business traffic and for tourism in the North of England also identified by the Government as a key pathfinder project to accelerate important infrastructure projects.

Advising Suffolk County Council on its successful application for, and implementation of, a development consent order (DCO) for the Lake Lothing Third Crossing scheme, a new lifting bridge highway crossing (now named the Gull Wing Bridge) traversing the operational port of Lowestoft.

Advised Orsted on the Development Consent Order application and the onshore property elements of their proposed Hornsea Project Four offshore wind farm being developed off the coast of Yorkshire. Comprising up to 180 wind turbines, Hornsea Project Four is likely to be one of the world’s largest offshore wind farms.

Advised United Utilities in connection with a Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) for the acquisition of land and rights to construct a new outfall into the Manchester Ship Canal adjacent to Eccles Wastewater Treatment Works.

Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined A
Advised CPCA on their proposals for a key priority: a major integrated transport scheme in their region known as the 'Cambridgeshire Autonomous Metro' or 'CAM'. It will significantly enhance the public transport network in Cambridge and across the wider region through a number of regional routes. This included advice on a wide range of areas including statutory powers, planning and consenting, procurement and contracting, funding and financing, governance and potential delivery models.
