International law firm Pinsent Masons has been recognised as a Caring Company by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service for the tenth year in a row.

Pinsent Masons’ Hong Kong office was awarded ‘10 Years Plus Caring Company’ status in recognition of the firm’s dedication to caring for the community, employees and the environment over the last decade.

Launched by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service in 2002, the Caring Company Scheme aims to cultivate better corporate citizenship. It is specifically geared to build strategic partnerships among businesses and non-profit organisations to create a more cohesive society.

Pinsent Masons was recognised for its a long-standing commitment to outreach efforts through various NGOs and the support of local and international charities. This year the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals nominated Pinsent Masons’ Hong Kong team for their work in the following areas: Volunteering, giving, employing the vulnerable, caring for the employee and caring for the environment.

Vincent Connor, Pinsent Masons' Head of Hong Kong Office said, " The Caring Company Scheme is in its 16th year in Hong Kong and for Pinsent Masons to be part of this scheme for a decade is a fantastic achievement. It is an honour to be recognised, particularly in the year of our 35th anniversary of working in Hong Kong, as a Caring Company by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service . We hope to give back even more to our community in the years to come.”
