International law firm Pinsent Masons has been reappointed to the Homes England (formerly the Homes and Communities Agency) legal panel, following a competitive re-tender process.
Pinsent Masons has previously been on the panel for many years, most recently being appointed in 2014.
Pinsent Masons has been appointed to Lot 2 on the legal services framework which includes advice in areas such as commercial property law, regeneration, property finance, joint ventures and SPVs, regulation and employment.
Partners Scot Morrison and David Meecham are the lead partners for Pinsent Masons .
Morrison commented: “We have a long-standing relationship advising the HCA, now Homes England, and I'm delighted that we have been appointed under this new arrangement to continue to be able to support them going forward."
