About Zoe

Zoe is a criminal regulatory lawyer, who specialises in the defence of health and safety matters. Zoe has significant experience in defending companies and individuals in corporate manslaughter and serious health and safety prosecutions, including representing the first company to be prosecuted under the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007.

She provides strategic advice to a number of high profile corporate and commercial clients - both contentious advice in response to an actual incident, as well as preventative consultancy advice in relation to corporate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory legislation and guidance.

Zoe conducts advocacy in the lower courts and when representing clients at Coroners' inquests.  She has also spoken widely on health and safety-related topics, including client training sessions and the provision of a series of lectures to post-graduate occupational health and safety students.
