Webinar
This session will review the draft regulation’s potential impact and help you to identify when you may be using AI, understand the key steps required to comply; and consider implications across financial services, energy, life sciences, and technology sectors.
The European Commission has proposed to regulate Artificial Intelligence (AI) across all sectors through one regulation. This wide-ranging regulation will seek to promote AI development and use only where high ethical standards are in place. It will likely require businesses to take significant steps to comply and will prohibit some AI practices, while others will be classified as ‘high-risk’. Requirements are set out for risk management, data governance, human oversight, transparency and standards for accuracy, quality management, cybersecurity and technically robust systems.
