Agenda

• Q: Our ticket grants us access to two different locations. How far is the Western Lounge from the Rod Laver Arena?
  A: Approximately a 3–5-minute leisurely walk.


• Q: Will there be a location for my bag and any other personal items on site?
  A: There will be a dedicated space for belongings in the Western Lounge. Please ensure that you take all your belongings with you, when you leave the lounge as this space may be left unattended for periods of time. Access to the lounge will close at 11.00 pm, please ensure all personal items are retrieved by this time.


• Q: Do we have to stay at the match, or can we move between venues?
  A: We have access to the Western Lounge from 5:00 pm until 11:00 pm. Attendees including clients are welcome to use this space as they please.


• Q: Will catering and beverages be provided?
  A: Yes, catering will be provided between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm in the form of a buffet with a range of options for common dietary requirements. There is a beverage package within the Western Lounge for the duration of our event with a range of wines, beers, soft drinks & juices.
