Social mobility in the Infrastructure sector: sharing challenges & solutions

This session will take a deeper look at social mobility in the infrastructure sector and the challenges organisations are facing.

It has been widely reported that the global COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on social mobility, resulting in those born into low-income families, regardless of their talent or their hard work, not having the same access to opportunities as those born into more privileged circumstances.

Following on from our virtual fireside chat with Hashi Mohamed on 9 February and our look at social mobility through a global lens with colleagues from across Europe and the Middle East on 23 February, this session forms part of a series of roundtables on social mobility issues hosted by specialist sector teams.

The huddles will be an opportunity to learn, share and discuss social mobility challenges specific to your sector in an environment of your peers. These groups will be lead by our Employment & Reward sector leads who will be on hand to offer views on what they have seen from clients they’ve advised.

To ensure we have time for all attendees to speak and share, we will capping the number of acceptances at 20 individuals. Please do register at your earliest convenience to secure your spot in the group.

Who should attend?

This event will be relevant for HR professionals, in-house lawyers and diversity & inclusion specialists in all sectors.
