As part of the Practical Energy Sector Dispute Management Seminar Series, this session will focus on current trends affecting international arbitration in the oil and gas infrastructure sector.

The focus of the session will also cover the use of Dispute Adjudication Boards and how those DAB experiences might be relevant to renewable power projects and the increasing relevance of energy related investor-state disputes.
