The fourth webinar in our Financial Services Mass Actions series focuses on the implication of the upcoming FCA rules and guidance on mass actions within the employment space.
The FCA is due to publish its updated rules and guidance in relation to Non Financial Misconduct (“NFM”) by the end of June 2025. This session will consider these updated rules and guidance, including the steps that firms should take to ensure that employees understand the new position; the policies and processes that may require amendment as a result of the new rules and guidance; and the ways in which these may result in potential mass claims within the HR/employment space.
