Financial Services Mass Actions - Non financial misconduct and how this can lead to mass actions

The fourth webinar in our Financial Services Mass Actions series focuses on the implication of the upcoming FCA rules and guidance on mass actions within the employment space.

The FCA has now launched a further consultation on the issue of Non Financial Misconduct and changes it proposes to make to the FCA Handbook. In this rescheduled shorter webinar, we will outline the proposals and discuss what steps employers should be taking now, before the changes are finalised.

Once the final rules are then published, we will be running a further session on this topic, looking at the changes that employers need to make to comply with the final rules and some of the potential consequences of these new rules, including consideration of enforcement. We would anticipate that this further session will run in Q4 of 2025, once the final rules have been published.
