This webinar will provide an overview of relevant statutory and regulatory considerations that arise in the event of a cyber-attack and specifically in the event a decision is made to engage with the threat actor (including criminal offences, reporting obligations and regulatory systems and controls requirements), along with analysis of current market trends.

The webinar will be hosted by David McIlwaine and Stuart Davey, who are both technology litigators with a significant experience of helping clients become cyber ready, responding to cyber incidents and managing cyber and data related litigation. David was recently seconded into the legal team at the National Cyber Security Centre.
