To mark International Women’s Day, this event will focus on wellbeing and inclusion.

Join Laura Cameron, Head of Pinsent Masons Risk Advisory Services Group, in conversation with inspirational charity campaigner, author and broadcaster, Katie Piper for a virtual fireside chat about how we can help ourselves and others to find strength through adversity.

After surviving an acid attack in 2008, Katie made the decision to share her story in the 2008 BAFTA nominated film, “Katie: My Beautiful Face”, which was watched by over 3.5 million viewers. She subsequently established the Katie Piper Foundation to help other survivors of burns.

During this uplifting and motivating session, Katie will discuss her own personal journey and how this has inspired her work to raise awareness of domestic abuse and support other survivors.

Agenda

  • Overcoming adversity to find personal strength and motivation
