The energy transition is tangible and gathering pace - long term and systemic changes to how Ireland generates and consumes power are under way. Domestic and international policies are aligning with global events to prioritise and accelerate the delivery of new sources and uses of renewable power.

The acceleration of the energy transition has also highlighted the diverse but equally crucial roles gas and new forms of localised power consumption will play. The Irish Government has recognised and is facilitating a clearer role for gas, biogas and hydrogen in greening Irish baseload and providing energy security. It’s also a good time to look at specific developments in how we are consuming power – the push for localised consumption and private wires.

This industry event will bring together key stakeholders to discuss these trends. We will have two panel sessions that will comprise expert representatives from Gas Networks Ireland, Bord Gais Energy, Ionity, Pinergy SolarElectric, Stream BioEnergy, Goodbody Corporate Finance and DECC (amongst others).

Please come along and join us for a fantastic networking opportunity and to hear first-hand from market leading experts and share your own views and insights with us on these important topics.
