Johannesburg Arbitration Week is a 3-day event led by speakers and panels of international eminence. Preceded by exciting side-events where participants can socialise and network with a taste of the best South African wines offered on the 8 April 2024.
Pinsent Masons is a co-host alongside the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA) and others to the Johannesburg Arbitration Week (JAW) taking place on the 9-11 April 2024. The event will unpack issues and challenges in the fast-paced world of international commercial arbitration and focus on key initiatives that are shaping and transforming the dispute resolution landscape within the African region.
JAW is hosted by the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa and co-hosted by leading solicitor firms, bars and other stakeholders who are all founding members of AFS.
The keynote speaker Dikgang Moseneke, former Deputy Chief Justice of South Africa, will be at the opening plenary session, backed by high-profile local and international speakers.
