Session 6 of our managing risks in energy transition projects masterclass series, where we will delve into change management in the process of the development and construction of renewable energy projects.

There are many factors which can affect the success of a project. Effective change management has a direct impact on the risks involved in any renewables project, it is therefore critical for contractors to be able to mitigate and manage these risks should they arise. Making sense of these requires a clear understanding of the fundamentals of what these proposed alterations entail. And that’s what we will try to do in this session by unpacking this topic by reference to practical examples of projects in the energy transition sector. 

This masterclass, presented by our energy construction experts Frédéric Gillion and Wee Jian Ang, will take a look at how contractors can navigate these issues and how to limit risk exposure. Frédéric Gillion will also be chairing the session.
