An open forum to discuss the latest developments in the field of Share Plans and share challenges, ideas and thoughts in a relaxed environment with peers.

Our virtual Studies Group will be a relaxed roundtable environment under Chatham House Rule to encourage open discussions. It will be of interest to those with in-house responsibilities for various share plans, governance, remuneration and/or reward.

Agenda

Part 1 – the more formal part of the session will last 60 minutes and will focus on current share plan and reward issues including:

  • Institutional investors’ expectations with respect to variable remuneration. We are very pleased to confirm that again we will be joined at one of the sessions by Andrew Ninian, Director, Stewardship and Corporate Governance at the Investment Association who will share his thoughts and which we will share in the other session as we discuss best practice as companies plan for the 2022 AGM season.
  • Navigating Bonus Disputes. A look at structuring bonuses to avoid challenges from employees.
  • International developments. We will discuss recent developments and issues affecting multi-national plans.

Part 2 – the Group will stay open for a further 30 minutes after the formal part of the session to facilitate follow up discussions between attendees.
