It will be of interest to contractors and companies (and their consultants and advisers) who operate in the Middle East, and who are interested in the Supreme Court of Saudi Arabia’s directive regarding Covid claims and its application to contracts impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, and the approach to Covid claims in Projects in the wider GCC region.
