UK & UAE Employment law: The need to know from 2023 and what to watch out for in 2024

Join our team of global Employment specialists for an in-person breakfast session where we will be looking back on the key 2023 employment law developments from the UK and UAE and what is on the horizon for 2024 you need to be aware of.

UAE:

  • The new UAE Labour Law: what has changed and how is the law being applied in practice?
  • What does the nationalisation of the workforce mean for businesses?
  • Redundancy, anti-discrimination, arbitrary dismissal. What is the same and what has changed?
