With the government’s consultation for the vision for the Oxford-Cambridge Arc set to be announced soon, the experts will discuss what this means for the Ox-Cam Arc region and the opportunities it presents.

Tim Burke, Deputy Editor at EG will introduce the session, welcome the panel & lead the discussion on the merits of the consultation and the wider Arc opportunity, along with what it will mean for the role of the property market.

Following the Arc Vision Consultation announcement from MHCLG, the expert panel will debate the merits of the consultation and the wider Arc opportunity, what it means for the role of the property market within the Arc and what else is needed for the Arc to reach its potential.

The government’s rapid timeframe for the Arc’s Spatial Framework, aligned with its Project Speed agenda will see the Arc taken forward at pace with the ambition for the Arc blue-print to be used for regional regeneration across the country.
