In this  dial-in session we will consider two case studies:

  • Part VII insurance business transfer – we will discuss how COVID-19 may impact ongoing Part VII projects and highlight the practical issues that will require consideration (including in respect of the Court process, the evidence, the timetable, the actuarial reports, and the communications documents and process).
  • Commercial arrangements - we will discuss supplier raising relief notices, and also a case study illustrating current negotiations related to COVID-19 and force majeure.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions online.  We will do our best to address as many questions as we can.
