INTA Associate Webinar

Following the first virtual INTA Leadership and Annual Meeting, we are hosting a webinar to discuss the changes in IP landscape in the EU and UK from 1 January 2021.

Our panel of trade mark experts will discuss what has already been agreed between the EU and UK on IP rights as part of the Withdrawal Agreement, and how the ongoing trade negotiations may affect that. They will go on to analyse what all of this means for European and UK trade mark filing and prosecution strategies, and wider IP policy and divergence issues. The webinar will demystify some of the complexities around Brexit and IP, enabling you to discuss these issues with your clients with clarity and insight.
