Working in HR is a mentally demanding job at the best of times, but when you throw into the mix the anxiety and uncertainty of the current Coronavirus pandemic, and the unique set of additional time-pressured HR challenges this has brought, we believe that HR professionals need to take the time to invest in their own mental wellbeing.

The aim of this course is to provide participants with a better understanding of the impact of stress and improve their ability to manage it, resulting in a healthier, happier and more resilient approach to work.
