Carolin Kaiser advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.
Carolin is an expert lawyer for employment law (Fachanwältin für Arbeitsrecht). She focuses on supporting companies with the planning, organisation and execution of international assignments, in particular with regard to immigration, employment and social security law aspects. Her experience includes advising on outsourcing transactions and on issues related to cooperation with works councils. In addition, Carolin provides in-house trainings and seminars on various aspects of employment law and represents clients nationwide in front of labour and civil courts.
