Malaysian developer Bellworth has launched a search for a partner for a mixed-use development at Lancer Square in west London's W8, the Estates Gazette has reported.

Bellworth bought the site from the Crown Estate in 2009. The developer last year submitted a planning application to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for a 22,000 square metre redevelopment of the site to provide four buildings comprising 51 new homes, offices and shops. 14 of the homes would be affordable under the proposals.

The Council's major development committee resolved to grant planning permission to the proposals in January, subject to the completion of a section 106 agreement.
