Investin unveils plans for 70-storey Isle of Dogs tower

Developer Investin has submitted a request for a Scoping Opinion to Tower Hamlets Council for a proposed major residential-led redevelopment of Quay House in London's E14.

The developer plans to apply for planning permission for the demolition of the existing five storey office building on the 0.19 hectare site and the construction of a 242 metre tower to comprise 505 flats, including affordable housing, as well as around 250 square metres of retail space, 3,600 sq m of amenity space and 1,280 sq m of child play space.

The site is located to the south west of Canary Wharf and is predominantly surrounded by a mixture of office and commercial uses. It is within the Council's designated Canary Wharf Activity Area and the Millennium Quarter Site Allocation.
