The proposals include the construction of six buildings on a derelict 1 hectare site near South Quay DLR station. The buildings will comprise around 990 homes, including affordable housing. The tallest building will reach up to 50 storeys. The proposed scheme will also provide shops, restaurants and public space.
Pembroke held an exhibition on the plans in March. It said in a statement at the time that its ambition for the site is to "deliver a high quality residential-led mixed-use development that will open up the site to the local community through an enhanced public realm and a dynamic mix of amenities".
