Advised the Trustee of the Arco Group Pension and Life Assurance Scheme on its £135m transfer to Clara Pensions. This was the first Clara transaction as part of a wider sale process and will see 1,281 members transfer to the Clara Pension Trust, providing greater security for member benefits.
