  • Advised a French technology company on addressing the legal consequences of a cyber attack.

  • Advised a prominent French casino group on challenging the operational difficulties of a draft proposal by the French Gaming Regulator aimed at combating addiction in casinos, and suggested relevant changes as part of a collaboration with a professional association.

  • Advised a French technology company on the possibility of amending a contract governed by French law without the counterpart's approval.

  • Advised an automotive parts retailer on the new regulatory obligations applicable to its prospection activities in France, ensuring compliance before sending marketing materials to consumers.

  • Advised a French company offering car parking services on the deployment of smart cameras (i.e. CCTV upgraded with AI which can notably extract various information from videos) based on their existing CCTV network in various parking that they are currently exploiting in France to improve security of people and vehicles.

  • Advised a client on regulatory compliance requirements for a range of digital healthcare infrastructure projects, including the extent to which services may be determined to be the provision of regulated healthcare activities.

  • Advised a pharmaceutical company on the review of the privacy policy and the terms of use of a mobile application developed in relation to one of their products.

  • Advising the largest India-based telecom operator on GDPR compliance of its internal data processing activities operated in France. This involves assisting t the client in the negotiation of contracts with its cloud suppliers and reviewing all privacy documentation related to their processing activities in France.
