She has advised on a wide range of technology programmes, including the procurement and negotiation of major outsourcing agreements, software licensing, development and support agreements, services and consultancy agreements. Alison has developed a keen understanding of challenges faced by large organisations in contracting with their suppliers, and dealing with their internal governance structures, having been embedded on secondment with the commercial and technology contracts teams of a major insurance and investment group, a large life insurance, pensions and investments institution, a major banking group, and a large retailer.
