  • Advised a major infrastructure services provider on £30m dispute concerning excavation, cable laying and reinstatement works under utility placement contracts.

  • Advising a contractor in relation to the termination of main contracts for the design and construction of 3 substantial UK based biomass plants.

  • Advising a construction company in relation to design and construction of harbour works, including in respect of disputes with the employer, designer and procuring authority.

  • Acting for a contractor in connection with supply chain and related disputes on £250m retail and leisure complex in the UK.

  • Acting in relation to disputes in connection the design and construction of two anerobic digestion plants in Europe costing circa £130m.

  • Advised a contruction company in relation to the recovery of £75m of book debts purchased from the Administrators of a property group. Involved involved High Court proceedings in the TCC and a number of negotiated settlements.

  • Advising an international consortium of Tier 1 contractors in relation to claims against designers on one of the largest cable stay bridges in Europe.

  • Acting for on disputes arising from the termination of subcontract at Wakefield PFI project. £20m dispute regarding alleged defective and incomplete work in anerobic waste digestion plant Dispute settled on confidential terms.
