She has also supported the acquisition of professionals of the financial sector and the subsequent notification to the regulator (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier, CSSF).
She also handles financial transactions, whether on the lender or borrower side, when Luxembourg companies are involved and securitization transactions.
