Lynsey has significant expertise in commercial and corporate disputes, including technology disputes, product liability claims, and shareholder disputes. She has considerable experience in professional negligence claims involving architects, solicitors and financial advisors and frequently advises clients in alternative dispute resolution procedures including mediation. Lynsey also has expertise in property disputes and banking and financial services disputes.
